Brooks Topp is a born and raised Albertan who has been practicing family law in Edmonton for two decades. Brooks graduated from the University of Alberta in 2003 after studying at Grande Prairie Regional College and the University of Lethbridge. Inspired by the strong female leadership she witnessed at her previous law associations, Brooks opened Q.E.D in 2016.
Brooks has successfully represented her clients at all three levels of the Alberta Court. If your case needs to go to trial, Brooks will be right there with you. While she is a tough and experienced trial lawyer, she knows how emotionally and financially draining the trial can be. For this reason, Brooks is always motivated to find mutually beneficial solutions outside the courtroom.
As a farm girl, Brooks is used to hard work. She splits her time between the city and country, balancing her busy legal career and raising beef cattle. She enjoys her family, travel, pets, and, of course, her cows!
